The tests can help discover any irregularities in the heart that may lead to a heart attack or heart disease. They work mostly in hospitals, but can also work in long-term specialty care facilities or private practices.

Eligibility Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 18 years of age
- Photo ID
- Access to Internet and Digital Device
- Negative TB Skin Test prior to externship
- No Criminal Background History & Negative Drug Screening

Our comprehensive and hands-on online program is designed to provide aspiring EKG Technicians with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in the healthcare industry.
Students will study the basics of cardiac monitoring, gain knowledge about heart rhythms and their significance, and become Nationally Board Certified as a CET.
Our students receive high-quality training from experienced instructors in a supportive learning environment.
NHA Board Examination CET Certification Program
Students will be eligible to take the CET Board Examination upon completing Purple Owl Career Institute’s CET (Certified EKG Technician) Program.
